After rearranging my work schedule to accommodate an appointment made with John to give me an estimate for some landscape and maintenance work, John was a no-show with no calls or communications. This is very unprofessional and a total disregard for my own busy time and schedule.

I have had 6 landscaping companies since last summer. I have a difficult lawn, uneven and slopes in the backyard. I like my grass cut no less than 3 1/2 inches and trimming to be even with grass. Which I have explained to each of the landscapers I hired. My last one I texted last Friday and letting him know it was not going to work out. My yard was a mess. I was stressed to have to try to find a new landscaping. I sent a request to JPJ, I ended up calling Monday morning. I actually talked to John the owner, which is rare. I decided to try JPJ, WOW. John knows what he is doing, my lawn is in great
