Sixteen years ago, Catherine and Royce Simpkins launched Green Lawn by Design out of their garage. It's not surprising that they would end up starting a business together in light of the fact that they have known each other since the third grade. They grew up together in a small rural community in northern Indiana and share similar values.
It's those values that they have incorporated into GreenLawn by Design to make it successful as they work hard to win the loyalty of their clients. Catherine grew working on the farm that has been in her family for over 100 years. After graduating from college with a degree in marketing, she went to work for a farm service company and became the first female manager.

GreenLawn by Design is a full-service landscape maintenance company serving customers in Carmel, Westfield, Noblesville and the surrounding greater Hamilton County area. We offer landscaping solutions for both residential and commercial properties. At GreenLawn by Design, we take the guess work out of aerating your lawn and other maintenance chores.
If you refer a friend and they become a customer, you can receive a *$40 Credit toward your GreenLawn by Design Program. Second, the person you refer must sign up for our full program consisting of 6 applications. GreenLawn by Design's military roots run deep. Owner Royce Simpkins is an Army Career Veteran.
Since we are a service business and much of our work comes from referrals, customer feedback is so important to use to ensure each job is done on time, on budget, and professionally. After each phase of the projects design, completion, and warranty we send out an electronic survey to receive honest feedback of how everything went.
GreenLawn by Design's Lawn Tech carefully applies fertilizer and weed control on our Z-Sprayer. Hardscape design and installation, landscape design and install, and waterfall in progress. Update: I would like to update that the company has now resolved the issue financially. While I'm still frustrated with how it was handled especially the lack of communication I do appreciate that it was resolved in the end. The owner himself called me and I appreciated the personal call.

This company was great until it really really wasn’t. We had an issue where our fence gate was damaged during mowing. It took two months of reaching out to the company to get a manager to confirm the damage and say they would pay for it. Another Month later nothing had been done so I offered

So i have several parts of the review;
First, the staff he has are very professional and do a good job. They came out to do the all aeration and it was raining and extremely muddy so the guy didn't want to do it due to the damage it could cause to the lawn.. kudos
second, the owner Royce seems like a good guy and does call back and communicates with customers.. kudos to him
Billing systems, epic failure... I received bills for services that I never had done due to weather and services never completed. The billing system generates a bill based on schedule of the service, not the completion
