Dr. Jerome Forman returned to his hometown of Kenilworth N.J. in 1984 following his years of graduate education in dentistry. He joined his childhood dentist Dr. Lloyd Nimaroff, whose practice was founded in 1948 in Kenilworth. Together they formed Kenilworth Dental Associates. Chosen by his peers as a "Top General Dentist" in N.J.
Our professional practice does not advertise, and therefore we rely heavily on our current patients to build our practice through referrals. The staff is professional and polite. The office is extremely clean and modern. Most of all, love both doctors and the hygienist/technicians. They are detailed and caring, gentile and understanding. Dr. Forman has been in the progression for several decades and you can tell that he cares and helps you make dental care decisions that are best for the patient and not the practice's revenue.

Dr. Forman is an amazing Dentist!!
His Dentistry is at a high level that I never believed existed.
Upon entering into his office my spirits were immediately uplifted by the bright, modern, spacious, and relaxing setting.
I was seen on time.
His entire staff put me at ease with their friendly and professional manner.
Dr. Forman thoroughly and yet efficiently analyzed, evaluated, diagnosed, and then treated several dental problems in a manner that far surpassed the level of dental care that I ever experienced in Manhattan or Westchester County.
My trip to his beautiful office took 1 hour

My entire family, friends, and co workers have been going to Dr Forman for many years. He and his entire team are so caring and Dr Forman takes such great care of us. He is thorough, painless and explains everything verbally, visually , and with pamphlets before anything is done, We all have been extremely satisfied for many years with no issues and we understand why he has so many patients.

Dr. Forman and his staff are the BEST! I have been a patient of his since the age of 10, and now bring my own children to him. He truly cares about his patients and has always provided impeccable dental care. Nina and the rest of the front desk staff are no different - always extremely pleasant, accommodating, and professional!

The office in Kenilworth was horrible. I went in to get a card for a consultation and the African American girl behind the counter looked so stoned, she couldn't even look at me straight. Then the office manager was so rude and into her phone that i had to walk out. Her name tag said Nina, ugh so disgusted.

Dr. Forman's office is very nice and clean.Staff is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They explain the procedure step by step and show a video to make it easier to understand.
They do not make you wait.
