I visited on February 12th 2021 for a procedure that I was told would not be covered by my insurance; I asked the office to still try and put in a prior authorization.
I paid $350 in full upfront for the procedure.
My insurance eventually approved the prior authorization and stated that my copay for the procedure will be: $81
I am owed $269 that I have not received till today (December 27th, 2021)… almost a year later.
Keep in mind I am the one to call the office every time to inquire about this. I keep getting the run around “the office manager is not in today, we’ll give you a call

I WISH I would have read and followed the advice of the negative Yelp reviews sooner.
I went in for a routine checkup, and to my amazement, they found that I had 3 cavities. This was odd because for years i've been strict with my dental hygiene. I went in to get all 3 cavities taken care of, and just like the previous Yelp reviews, I left feeling pain and sensitivity in all 3 cavities for weeks after my appointment thinking it would go away. During the procedure I felt the dentist was rushing the job and there was no sense of patient care.

If I could give zero stars, I would. First, the dentist would not fill my very few cavities on the same day. She asked me to come in for multiple appointments so she could charge my insurance for the separate visits. She left one of my fillings incomplete and said she would finish it the next time I came in. RED FLAG! During the filling, I could feel all the work she was doing and was not properly numbed. I told her I was in pain, she showed a crazy attitude and stuck more needles into me like I was a nuisance and not her patient. Secondly, like the other reviews say, they drill extremely deep

Giving 3 stars because the dentist did do a good job with handling my anxiety however i was told i had 7 cavities. i went in and we did 5 fillings. a month and several days later im still having so much pain chewing on the right side of my mouth. im beyond sensitive to hot and cold food. i also bruised on my cheek after my fill appointment which supposedly is normal? i never write reviews but i dont even feel comfortable anymore. i had to call out of worth 3 times in october to keep going back to see what the problem is and im just over it. it was a great experience considering im anxious of dentist

This place is horrible. Avoid coming here at all costs. My boyfriend had an appointment for 7:40am. Yes the confirmation texts say 7:40am. He shows up at 7:40am for his appointment (which is a 30 minute drive from where we live) and no one is there. The office is completely closed. We called and called and no answer. He had this appointment set up for months! Why would they just not show up?! Oh and there were other times where he showed up to an appointment, then sent him home because they weren’t able to do the work that day. Maybe calling my boyfriend to cancel before he showed up would have

This dentist office is horrible. My wife went in for check up. We find according to this dentist my wife has 7 cavities which we found very odd. So we went to another dentist to get a second opinion. Come to find out that she did not have not 1 cavity let alone 7. I do not recommend this dentist office at all. At the end of the visit they offer you a $5 gift card from Dunkin’ Donuts for a great review so that tells a lot about this place.

Accompanied my husband to a routine appointment (exam, x-rays, cleaning) at this dental office. The front staff was nice but I did not meet go into the back with him. He was in there for two hours (not counting the time in the waiting room). They came up with a treatment plan that was well over $3,000 (before insurance). The plan included removing two molars.
Two and a half weeks later he was seen at a dental school and they said that it looked like his teeth had not been cleaned in years and it was quite possible that one of those molars could be saved. Will never return.

This dentist and the office is great. The wait was short. The staff was very helpful. The women who did my x-ray was very nice and she was really clean and had good energy. The dentist was also nice and took her time. She was informative and thorough. The office overall is clean and they have modern equipment. I feel blessed to be referred here and have such a good experience.

Avoid this dental office at all costs. I went in for a cleaning and they said I had 5 minor cavities. So after the cleaning they did 2 and the next day they did the remaining 3. Since then i have insane sensitivity. Please read their other reviews they drill deep where they know will be sensitive and then when you come back they say we have to do a root canal. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

So unprofessional and probably one of the worst experiences. Spent thousands of dollars on Invisalign and had no guidance throughout the process. Teeth took forever to get scanned at initial visit because the assistant did not have proper training. My teeth have permanent scrape marks from when the dentist took the buttons off. I had no appointment once I was finished to compare treatment results, to evaluate any further steps, etc. I was promised free teeth whitening after my treatment was complete and no mention or record of it. Although, I probably wouldn't trust them again with my teeth

Do not get the teeth whitening procedure. I asked specifically if they offer the zoom whitening and they said they did. I went, spent $500 on it and didn't notice a difference at all. I complained and they informed me that they didn't have the zoom whitening agent in stock and would have to schedule another appointment. I felt reluctant to go back but I did only because they said they wouldn't provide me a refund. After the 2nd procedure I noticed that it only took my teeth up a half shade and is starting to fade 3 days later. Yes the whitening agent was stronger, the dentist

Called to make an invisalign consultation appointment at 11AM, they gave me a 3:30 PM slot that day and indicated there was a $75 consultation fee (which by the way is free everywhere else). I called back an hour later to cancel and they indicated they would be able to refund the $75. They then called me at 3:30 PM and indicated they now wouldn't refund the $75.

I had a great experience at this dental office when I went there for the first time in April, 2019. It's clean and well lit. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. Dr. Kang was knowledgeable and thorough. I felt like I had a new set of teeth after I left the office thanks to Doctor Kang. I will absolutely make this my dental provider in the future.

I have never experienced such unprofessional service ever. Your staff is incompetent at best. When you call the patient and ask for the insurance information, I am going to believe that when I come in for my appointment you have finalized everything with them. What you are not going to do is have me sitting in the chair, waiting for service and come and tell me that you have not heard back from the insurance company as of yet. Especially since this really means you never called the insurance company. This is your staff incompetence. I would never recommend anyone visit this ISMILE location

Went here with no tooth pain, was told I had 7 cavities, spent an afternoon getting them filled and have been in constant pain since. Went back two weeks later to tell them what I was feeling and they said it was normal. That was in December. It's nearly March. My teeth hurt every single day. I'm at a loss. $300 down the drain. Convinced they messed up my teeth. No way is this normal. Now I'm going to need to find another dentist and possibly face root canals all because these people insisted my pain was normal and wouldn't take x rays to see if they'd caused any damage

I was excited to get my in office teeth whitening and I was HIGHLY disappointed. The girls at the front desk and the dentist raged about how their customers love it they notice a difference right away it makes the teeth so much whiter. I mean who wouldn't want to get it will all these exciting results right? So $600 later I had to go back because I was not satisfied and barley noticed a difference and It didn't even last a week. $600 down the drain. Do not recommend this play all they want is your money!
