Come on man! I've got factory standard tires on my 2015 Taurus SEL (235 55 18, which is on the bulk of recent Tauruses). You're front desk clown tells me that NOBODY carries that size tire but he can get ONE at his Longview location. Just a droll, non-engaging, void of personality and customer service clown. I understand you've got to try to retain business, but don't EVER lie to a potential client.
By the way, I found 15 of my size within a few miles of your Money St. location.

Very friendly and efficient. I called this morning about a tube for a tractor tire. They did not have one in stock but got one for me a little after lunch. Great service!! Got in and out quickly on a tractor tire repair. Clean waiting room / sales area. Clean restroom. I will definately use Texas Tire and Brake for my tires and other services.
