At 4:00 pm on a Sunday afternoon my transmission went out in my suburban and Triple A called this tow company to tow it to a transmission shop in my town an hour south, they never showed. Called Triple A back just as my ride showed up and they said another 90 minutes but since my ride was there I could leave my key in a secure place and they would let the tow company know. Due to exhaustion I did not hear my phone ring at 1:00 am and Triple A canceled my tow. This company was willing to leave a woman with two minor kids stranded on the side of the road for God knows how long, I would not recommend

Great people, Great service. My van spent 3 days at another shop only to find out they couldn't do it. Rychlik picked up Saturday afternoon after hours. Started on it Monday after lunch and Shirley called me before dinner and said it was ready to pick up Tuesday morning. Thanks Joe. Thank you Shirley. Thanks to the people who got it fixed.

Excellent Service and friendly, got into Mt. Pleasant at 1 o'clock and alternator went out. My wife had a doctor's appointment at 2, I called them while my wife was in her appointment and told them I was sure I needed a alternator. Got there around 2:30 and they checked and got a alternator and fixed my problem. Highly satisfied with quick and friendly service.

We got a flashing check engine light in our Motorhome just as we entered Mt Pleasant. We waited out the night and called first thing in the morning. They were the only people in town willing to even look at our problem. They diagnosed it quickly, repaired it quickly and affordable, and got us back on the road. If we lived around here they'd be our regular mechanics. I wish I could find someplace like this near home. Thanks Rychlik.

Traveling through in my RV and had what I thought were transmission problems. I was a late Friday afternoon and I was trying to get home to Southern Texas the next day. Rychlik said they could look at it for me and they did... evaluating my problem and reassuring me that I was likely quite 'safe' to proceed (and it was)
If they were closer to my home - I would certainly give them my business based on this one brief but helpful encounter.

I saw the reviews online for this place and thought I would give them a try. I only had a few small things I needed done and I couldn't believe how helpful they were! A Saturday morning, not a pricey fix and they gave me their time and attention. I will be going to them again and highly recommend them.. thank you Greg, Wesley, Beau, and the others who helped!!

The truck broke down with a EGR valve problem. They replaced the part for $1535, when the truck got to home base, one bolt was missing. When called the GM, trying to ask what happened and why one bolt is missing, he hung up on me. Called second time, and the front desk did the same.
If you got broken on the road, find any other dealer, tow the truck, doesn't matter how much it will cost you, just stay away from them. As if something goes wrong ull get the same attitude.
Totally disappointed.

When you go to a mechanic, you want to have the work done well, at a reasonable price, and in a timely fashion. I had a wonderful experience here when my car broke down on the way west from Tennessee. They work quickly the prices were very reasonable and they were very kind. The owner even loaned me his personal car to use overnight.

Had my SUV towed here to Rychlik's for overheating. I had called ahead and was quoted $75.00 to pick up my SUV and bring it to their shop. The tow truck driver, was very professional & friendly.
Later, I Received e-mail of estimate for new radiator and thermostat. Estimate said $80.00 for engine diagnostics. Via phone, I questioned the owner, Mr. Rychlik, about the $80.00 for engine diagnostics. He started whining about how he invested $30,000 in diagnostic equipment and that engine diagnostics should be done. Pardon me, but when the temperature gauge redlines, the engine overheats

The last time our van had a problem, it was en route home from Florida, on a sunday, with nothing open in Benson, NC, and it turned out our van's transmission was caput. Talk about a kick in our collective crotches.
So this time around, on a longer trip, and the van having aged a bit more, we were all half expecting to not make it home. And cue the funny noises and bouncing. We pulled over to investigate what the cause might be, assuming the worst, and feeling uncomfortable with continuing the remaining three hours to Hot Springs, we called Triple A to find a reputable helper.
