Scott Reich, the Founding Partner of Reich, Jumbeck, Stole & Reeb, has been practicing law for over 36 years. He focuses on family law, custody cases, and business valuation cases. With an incredible amount of courtroom experience, Scott has the unique ability to evaluate all angles of each case and potential outcomes.
Mikal Stole has quickly become one of the more prominent family law attorneys in the Cook, Will, and Grundy County courthouses. He has successfully represented clients with complex cases involving high net worth estates, child custody disputes (allocation of parental responsibilities), and divorces involving business interests, while also efficiently handling routine matters.
A life-long Will County resident who grew up in Joliet, Timothy Reeb attended grammar school at the Cathedral of St. Raymond and attended high school at Joliet Catholic. Timothy earned his Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from DePaul University and earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago, where he graduated in the top 8% of his class.
A long time Will County resident who grew up in Homer Glen, Brian Wojowski attended grammar school in the Homer School District and graduated from Providence Catholic High School. Brian earned his Bachelor's Degree from Calumet College of St. Joseph in Whiting, Indiana. Brian started his adult career as a police officer with the Chicago Housing Authority Police Department and now works for the New Lenox Police Department.

During my divorce I had the misfortune of having TIM REEB as our guardian ad litem (GAL) and if you are a man who loves your children and want a fair chance to see them, DO NOT ACCEPT TIM REEB if suggested by your attorney. He will treat you as a statistic and keep… your kids from you! This kid is way under qualified and does none of the actual work a GAL should do to (per definition), Find the FACTS and works in the best interest of the child. Our case was initially handled by Scott and eventually transferred over to Mikal. Both were very professional and knowledgeable with what turned out to be a complex case that took a substantial amount of time and money to finally get a decision from the court. I don’t think anyone comes out of these cases happy, but we were satisfied with our representation and would definitely recommend Mikal for family law matters in Will County.

Mikal Stole is the only divorce attorney I recommend. He is very good at his job and represents his clients ruthlessly. He also contacts his clients back very quickly but is not one to waste time either (not every email sent needs a response). He will be my first and only call if I ever needed an attorney again. You will not regret it if you retain him to represent you!

I was very disappointed in my experience with Mikal. It would regularly take over a week to get an answer or a call returned, and at one point even went over 2 and a half weeks to get a call back. This really slowed down the process. The advice that I was given by Mikal is now coming back to cost me on tax returns. Overall it was not a good experience, and I would not recommend.

These positive reviews myst be his friends, I am using a alias so he wont sue me, but I was his client. He chose not to tell me important information that cost me a lot of money in the end. Unfortunately I only found out about this later. He is not necessarily in your corner as you will found out too late
