The response to our call was very quick. We called and they came out to check on the issue we were having the same day .Having my dad in this same business but only to be 4hrs away they were our lifesaver this time . Mon whom was the technician was very patience to make sure the job was done correct . He explained everything that was done and they were very reasonable. We will definitely use them again.

Worked with "Jim" from BenLe. Really outstanding service. First time was freon service for one of my units - fairly priced. But the real key is that he explains what he's doing and just simply asks prior to performing any service. That is very nice. Booties worn in the house without me even asking. I love it. I had a pleasant experience with Ben Le Heating and Air. They came out to fix the AC unit. He did a perfect job in trying to figure out what the problem was. At the end, he did get my AC unit up and running. I was very grateful for that. I would definitely recommend Ben Le Service to all my family member and my friends because the customer service was grade A++ .

They installed my AC units at a really fair price. However, the unit was not providing cold air after 2 years. I had a really hard time reaching them and got to talk to them only after several calls (they wouldn't call back). The technician was not able to find any leaks so all he did was refilling the freon. The same game happened for another 2 years. This year, I gave up and called a different company. They identified the issue within 10 min (freon was leaking within the coil). Unfortunately, the 5 year warranty ran out by 3 months. Had BenLe diagnosed the problem correctly from the beginning

Ben Le is a small Mechanical contractor, had conversation with he likes it that way to keep the quality of his work top notch. My furnace went out at 8pm Friday, gave him a call. Told him the the air was blowing, I could smell the gas, but the igniter was not working. He gave me a estimate price. He told me he would be there the next from 10-11am. He came at 1000am, fixed everything told gave me a diagnostic and cleaned the furnace for me. Told me the condition of HVAC his non bias recommendation if I am staying in the house long term. Great guy, great business. You won't have mistake going

I can't recommend Owner Ben Le and his company more. 5 stars honestly is NOT enough.

I would highly recommend Benle to anyone needing repairs or service done on their unit. He came out on a Sunday evening to fix our AC that had stopped running. Within 10 minutes he had diagnosed the problem and within 30 our AC was up and running. He also dealt with my home warranty company to make sure we are reimbursed for the work he did. He is very professional and reasonably priced! I am so thankful that I found him and will continue to call him for all of our AC needs!!

They responded right away to a broken A/C call (always urgent here in Georgia) and came, evaluated, and remedied the situation very efficiently (and with very reasonable pricing).
