The Box is a restaurant, lunch truck and catering company based in Kirkland, Washington specializing in creative and affordable Asian fusion cuisine and led by Executive Chef/Owner, Reis Llaneza. Finally found my new burger place. Absolutely amazing. The patties are thick, the buns are toasted and the flavors are so complex it blew my mind.
Everything I tasted from the menu was absolutely amazing and consistent. What a gem! Easy, casual, delicious Hawaiian food that is true restaurant quality at a very reasonable price. Like everyone, we have been cooking a lot ourselves. Came here out of convenience to get take out. Were we in for a treat!

Services
We are located in Kirkland's Totem Hill Plaza by Fred Meyers and right next door to Jimmy Johns. We hope you will be able to stop by! I was very impressed and I'm convinced that the owner/creator of this restaurant loves and appreciates food just as much as I do! This was a really great experience, the food was fantastic and the price is worth it!
If you haven't tried this place yet you're definitely missing out. Stopped by this truck during my break and the staff was so friendly and the food was outstanding! The chicken karrage plate is plenty for 2 people, I had enough for 2 meals. Definitely order the pork bao and can't leave out the chop chop salad which was light and fresh and the fries were crispy and paired with a delicious sauce.
The Box catered our wedding of 300 guests this last Labor Day weekend in less time than most wedding venues would have taken to feed all 300 guests. There are not enough words to described how professional Reis and his team are. From the very beginning, Reis worked with me in a way that gave me complete confidence in his abilities to cater a large wedding.

Pork belly baos are amazing, burgers were great, karaage plate is great (ask for a replacement of the chop salad if possible, mayo/apple/ham is not a real salad in my mind; threw away)
Asian glass noodle salad is very good but the shrimp seems a bit undercooked and I went home and seared it more; otherwise great 👍

This is the second time we had gone to this place, primarily to get our fix of the fried chicken here 😊 This is an awesome place to stop and grab a quick bite. It has a spacious interior for dine in and many folks stop here for take out too. Since it's the pandemic time now, the food is served in take out boxes with plastic cutlery, but wish they get back to serving the food in actual plates. I still remember having the fried chicken the first time i had been here, on a wooden platter. That was awesome.
The food here is really good. You should go chrck it out!

Ordered the surf no turf burger with pomme frites. Burger was well proportioned and seasoned. All ingredients were fresh and well prepared. Frites were crispy and flavorful. We took these to go into a brewery and several people commented on how good the food smelled. While I was waiting for my order, everything coming out of the kitchen looked super good. Coming back for more!

I stumbled upon this place after I was looking to try some local places after the gym. I ate it in my car and am writing this review immediately after I finished. This should give you a little insight into just how good this place is. I asked the woman working for a couple of suggestions and she broke down the menu and offered that I could mix and match the fried chicken and the beef skewers. The worst part? I couldn’t pick which I liked better. They were both phenomenal. I also tried a pork belly bao, which was fresh and well stuffed for the cost. I got a nice side salad as well. In terms of
