Jilleen Simons is co-founder, director and lead coach/counselor of to be light ministries, a non-denominational, Christ-centered ministry dedicated to strengthening the lives of Christians and non-Christians. As a leader, speaker, coach and teacher, she is extremely passionate about the relationship between the individual and Jesus Christ.
Nearly half of all coaching/counseling clients seen are taking part in the sliding fee program. There are a limited number of sessions available within each fee scale slot.
The sliding fee scale is generally reserved for those with limited resources especially single mothers with dependent children, elderly on fixed incomes, single fathers paying child support, underemployed, pastors and their family members and churches whose memberships are part of the program, etc.We do not accept insurance reimbursement.

From Hwy 6, turn north onto 149 and proceed over railroad tracks, continue north toward four-way intersection light, continue north passing under walking bridge and continue approximately 2/10th of a mile. We are located on the right side of 149 in a tan metal building with a burgundy red metal roof (directly across from the United Steel Workers Union).
