The technicians and staff at Gardner Heating & Air Inc are a dedicated group of individuals, working together as a team to ensure quality work and customer satisfaction. To call her a dog hardly seems to do her justice, though inasmuch as she had four legs, a tail, and barked, I admit she was, to all outward appearances.

But to those who knew her well, she was a perfect lady. We are sad to share this about Sydney Bear, aka Girl Dog and many other names. She is dearly missed. In his spare time, Clyde enjoys camping, four wheeling and off-road driving with his family and friends.

Needed a heating and cooling system for an old home I was remodeling.
Clyde, the owner personally came out and gave an estimate.
He beat the other company by almost 2000.00. He called before installation, because there was a change to clear that change with me. The guys came out got everything installed, checked, and explained the remote controls ro me. There's not any passport, plastic, or any debris left lasting around.. all cleaned up, really like that.
Highly recommend this company and their work.

Anytime I have called on their services they have been friendly, professional and prompt. They have worked on my ac during the Spring/Summer and have worked on my heater during the Winter. They have a knowledgeable and honest crew. Very pleased with this business!

I contacted Gardner Heating and Air via E-mail regarding an issue I was having with filter fitment. He promptly responded with a solution with no pressure to sell, just advice. This is who I am calling next time I need my annual maintenance. Thank you Clyde Gardner.

After speaking with the folks at Gardner I have updated to four stars. We are still having some trouble with our unit, but it seems to have originated with the manufacturer. Gardner's installation and repair crew arrived promptly to fix the heating-related part that was broken and are addressing our cooling issue rapidly as well. I spoke with Gardner's scheduling and customer service rep and she has suggested that we write to the manufacturer to address the issue of the power bill and has offered to fully substantiate and support our efforts.
