I went to racetrack auto to get my jeep inspected. They failed the inspection and said I needed 4 new ball joints to pass the inspection ...which costs a mere $1500 ... I did not believe the mechanic as he did not give an explanation(just showed me the readings from his dial calipers). 1) my jeep does not vibrate on the road, 2) it steers straight, and 3) it has new tires that were put on in the last 6 months that are wearing evenly. Which leads to my conclusion that my vehicle should have PASSED and that this POS auto shop is trying to gouge its customers for money and unwarranted fixes to their

Racetrack auto has been around a while and I have needed there services many times in the past. I most recently needed a vehicle inspection. I dropped my vehicle off and experienced friendly service both on the phone and in person. I received a call that my vehicle was complete and once again great service and a happy customer. I will use Racetrack Auto and Marine in the future and I recommend to all.

I needed an inspection been going here for 30+ years. Found minor thing wrong wouldn't offer to fix it( reattach hose to window washer) and said they would visually inspect it for me upon return just call before coming. Called them several days after Taking to dealer, wanted to return for visual??? Made me set up appointment then kept me there an hour again after pulling car back into garage. Understand their busy and they are good mechanics but George never treated customers this way...couldn't help but notice just taken for granted as customer!

I was here a couple of months back for a state inspection it got failed the first time due to a brake pad and wiper blade so they told me that you got 30 days to fix it so that we can re-inspect the car and said someone will call and tell you the estimate but no one called me so I took my car on an authorized dealer to fix it cost me 320 to fix it. So they didn’t even tell me that it's gonna cost another 50 dollars to re-inspect. But when I got re-inspected they asked me for another 50 dollars so I asked normally no one charges for re-inspection if you fix the car within 30 days or 1000 miles

Brought my car in to hopefully fix my air conditioning - noticed it wasn't working great on our 6 hour drive to ocean city for vacation. They got us in quickly and fixed the issue quickly, and I thought the price was reasonable too. Staff was great as well. Highly recommend this place if you need anything fixed while you're visiting ocean city. It may be an extra 10 min drive or so from the main strip, but it's worth it for the service you get.

I was referred to Racetrack by a friend and heard good things about their work. My dealings were with Tim in the body shop. He handled everything, from start to finish. Tim dealt with my insurance company, assuring me there would be no additional cost to me other than my insurance deductible. Tim was true to his word; there were additional unforeseen cost and I was not charged for any of it. Racetrack did an exceptional job of making my car look new again. I did not have to worry or deal with anything. It was a no hassle experience for me.
