She's one in a million in personality and she's one in a billon in her skill sets and attention to detail!!! I have been to many dentist in my day and most were good but This "Chic Dentist " is next level for sure !!! And her taste in music piped through the office is so Memphis !!! I was visiting Memphis in July of this year and a crown broke. Dr Dumas was referred to me by a local friend and I could not have been more pleased with how everything turned out. She graciously gave me a late afternoon appointment, with two hours notice, and then stayed a full two hours after closing to finish the temporary crown! I live in Colorado and feel extremely fortunate to have found Dr. Dumas and highly recommend her without reservation.

Let's start with the positive - the prices are the lowest you'll find downtown. But buyer beware - you get what you pay for.
This is a family business, where costs are cut to keep the prices low - that much is apparent after one visit. All of her equipment is outdated; e.g., she does not use digital x-rays and is literally unable to give you a copy of your x-rays because of her outdated x-ray machine. We went through multiple shots and four different anesthesia options, and when I went to a new dentist, they had a kind of anesthesia that she didn't have that instantly worked for

This is a major departure from my reviews of hotels and restaurants but I had to say something about my dentist. I have been seeing her for 8 years and have nothing but great things to say [okay not all of her stories are as funny as she thinks but they are still worth it]. I have gum problems because of medication and after a couple years of seeing Kelli, and finally listening to her. I can say that all is much better. She has done routine cleaning and several crowns. I finally listened to her and she made a mouth guard because I grind my teeth at night. After I used it for a bit, I asked
