Dr. Pal was graduated from Temple University School of Dentistry in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1995. She went on to complete a one year General Practice Residency at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford, Connecticut. Dr. Pal lives in Tacoma with her two daughters Tara and Kiran.

I have been coming to this dental office my entire life (I am 31 now). They are AMAZING people a breath of fresh air. If you are looking for a dentist who is gentle and cares, come to Dr. Pal. She will take care of you and truly cares about your needs. She referred me to get a root canal done, which ended in a bad experience, and she kept checking up on me and their entire office was very compassionate about the situation. I will continue to come here for years to come.

Dr. Sonia, is tha’ ABSOLUTE BEST.
She will greet you with a firm handshake and you may think she has peered into your soul and saw all the wrong things you did or thought as she keeps eye that ‘piercing’ eye contact 😂—but she is the BEST!!!
No person in their right mind gets excited about a dang dentist appointment as if it was a B-Day party, not even with Dr. Sonia.
HOWEVER, knowing she is yours and that she is very friendly, personable, sympathetic as well as an empathetic dentist, will and should keep your anxiety pretty much at bay prior to appointments.
She patiently explains

Hi my name is Gladys Dr. Pal is wonderful she's personal and so friendly. My husband and daughter goes to her she's are family dentist been going to her a very long time would not go anywhere else. I just Love her staff is great they are so friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a good caring dentist I definitely recommend Dr. Pal.

Amazing! I will never go to another dentist. At the time, I was a freshman in college who had no car to get around the city. My toothache hurt so bad though, so I finally caved and went to the dentist (was not a huge fan of the dentist). Dr. Pal ended up having to start a root canal that day, but she was so kind and caring and made sure that I understood everything that was happening. I ended up needing to transfer to an oral surgeon immediately (never put the dentist off until the last minute!) but one of the very sweet and kind dental assistants knew I didn't drive. After asking for bus directions
