Thayer Air Conditioning was officially established in 2015 and is based out of New Braunfels, Texas. However, the real story began long before that. Our HVAC license holder and owner, Chris Thayer, started in the HVAC industry and now has over a decade of experience in servicing New Braunfels and San Antonio residents.
Chris began at the very bottom, happy to take on the difficult jobs while learning everything he could. Thayer Air Conditioning specializes in providing residential and commercial heating and air conditioning services to residents of Comal County and the surrounding areas. Thayer Air Conditioning is definitely the best A/C servicer in the NB area! You can’t wrong hiring them for all you A/C needs.

Brandon showed up before our scheduled appointment, with permission, knowing how hot it was going to get today and completely saved us. He was extremely professional, kind, and worked fast. He was a pleasure to do business with and we will be requesting him personally from here on out for any maintenance/repairs needed in the future!

We came home from a trip at 8:45 at night to find that our condensate line was clogged and our house was a sticky 88. We called Thayer and spoke with Ashley who was incredibly professional and kind. She dispatched Louis who arrived at our house in a very timely manner, not only addressed and fixed our issue, but educated us to the proper maintenance steps we need to be taking to prevent this from happening again. The integrity shown by teaching us how to service and upkeep our own units was so refreshing. Louis was kind to us and our children and, by the time he left, the house was already down

They provided a competitive quote quickly and had answers to all my questions. Of the (5) quotes I received Thayer AC had the best warranty program by a long shot AND they had the unit in stock and ready to go with no lead time.
The techs that completed the install (Issac and Ernesto) were very knowledgeable, professional, and well prepared. They did a great job of keeping the work area clean and protected while completing the job in a very reasonable amount of time. These guys take pride in their work and it’s shows
