We purchased a new HVAC unit 5 years ago and it was guaranteed for 10 years, PARTS AND LABOR. I saw the advertisement and inquired about it and I was told our unit was covered for 10 years.. This month, 5 years later the air handler motor went out so I called the office to place a repair call. The technician came out, looked at the problem and… told me he didn't have the motor with him, but he could drive to S.A. and pick one up. He told me that I would have to pay for his time for him to get to the air port area and back... He was talking on the phone with someone who I guess was the owner

A&E installed a new system, duct work and all, on our parents old house that we now use as rental property. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and very consciousness in their work.
