Had some roof damage that was causing a small leak inside. Called Alliance for an opinion, Brian came out and took a look. He suggested to contact my insurance company as it was likely covered by my policy. He met the insurance adjuster there and explained what he saw and as he said insurance covered the damage claim. They started working on the day they said they would and were completely finished with the carpentry repairs and new roof in less than three days. The crews left the area clean and neat. Work seems to be very good quality but what I was impressed with most was how quickly they had

The appointment was confirmed ahead of time; the crew arrive on time - were professional and courteous; and did their preliminary inspection. I received via email pictures of the issue; a quote for the repairs and a time frame for completion. All was completed and delivered on time and within budget. Paul and the folks from Alliance responded with real speed late one afternoon when an extremely tall, large, and dead pine tree fell on the house. They put a very professional patch on that could last ages until they could schedule the full repair job a week later. Pricing was very reasonable and the workers very professional. On my speed dial now.
