My family and I are new to the area and were in need of a good family dentist. We called based on Google ratings and we were not disappointed. The staff was polite, professional, and joyful. They were able to take us in within thirty minutes of calling and worked quickly yet very through. Both of my Autistic children had fun and were delighted to visit the dentist. Best dentist and office staff ever! I am so thankful for all the appointments they have helped me get at the last minute and accommodating my schedule and the whole family loves Dr. Aimee. We have had cleanings and major work along with some braces this year and value her expertise and the staff is always professional these last few years. Initially I was glad that they were open on Saturday, after that everything was not so good...I initially chose this place because their website said that they offered sedation/IV dentistry. When I saw the dentist she said that they did not offer IV sedation...The office staff is confused, didn't know how to bill my insurance, wait time over an hour, dentist seems uninterested in my case, office staff doesn't call back to reschedule an appointment and when called won't bill my insurance-they told me I didn't have insurance(which I DO have dental insurance!). Amazing to say the least. We brought our 15 month old baby for her first dentist visit, and it the doctor and staff definitely exceeded my expectations. They did offer same day appointment, didn’t make us wait, professional and caring staff, along with a beautiful clean modern practice. I was so scared of taking my baby to the dentist because I thought she was going to freak out, but from the moment you walk in everyone is so welcoming that my baby immediately felt comfortable. This was the first time at Amber Hills Dental, when my daughter and I walked in the staff greeted us with a joyful welcome. Dr. Aimee was very detailed about all the questions and concerns regarding our dental work that needs to be done. The Office is clean and nicely decorated. The staff was amazing and attentive to us . I recommend this office just on my first time visit and on the experience, I had as a new patient.

Excellent service. I called last night with an emergency and was able to get in first thing this morning. The staff are wonderful. They made sure that I was comfortable the entire time and answered every one of my questions. I was able to get a great deal with their in house savings plan and they worked with me to make sure my payments were within my budget and were affordable. Dr. Aimee is awesome! I was a first time patient today coming in because of a toothache. The office was very clean and well kept. The receptionist greeted me with a warm smile. The dental assistant who took my x-rays was also very nice. Dr. Aimee was very nice and professional. She offered me a few choices in treating my toothache. Will be coming back to see dr. Aimee and her staff. I highly would recommend her office to anybody.
