MKA one of the best places to teach your child how to be respectful and kind to others! A place where you make friends for life! My son loves going and he just loves the young men that assist in teaching which show good examples to our young children and they have a great time learning how to release the powerful energy of a 4 year old !

Mr. Van & his team at MKA are awesome! Our son has been training with them for years & loves it there. All the instructors are great at keeping the lessons fun, while also commanding the level of respect & discipline you’d expect in a karate environment. The perfect balance.

MKA is my home away from home. After a long hard day at work there is no place I'd rather be. Sita Van runs a top knotch fitness class full of weights, Cardio, kicking, punching and sweat! I also take Risa's Sunday morning boot camp class. I love the variety both teachers offer.

BEST WORKOUT EVER! One of my friends kept telling me about MKA but I never really paid attention to it. I tried Barre9, Title Boxing and many other clubs. After a while I always got bored from the repetitions, same exercises day after day after day....
MKA is different; it is fun! I am following the P90X program (but MKA offers Karate, Cardio Kick, Men’s Fitness and more). Every class is unique, it is hard, it is challenging. I joined in June and thought it will eventually get easier but it just DOES NOT. The dynamic of the owner and instructor Sita Van, Kristin, his wife who manages the club
