I've used JJ Tracks for years now. My first trip there was to investigate what I thought was brakes that needed replacing and after pulling everything apart & inspecting the brakes, they put it all back together, informed me I still had about 10K miles on the pads and charged me nothing. They are competitive in their pricing and never pushy about getting optional work done. They simply inform you about pending issues and let you decide when you'd like to get it done. I've had brakes, battery, tires and plugs done there recently. The shop has integrity which is tough to find in the auto repair business

We have had our cars serviced here for yrs from tires to radiator service to air etc. We were not aware they were purchased as we had our air conditioning replaced the season before $1800 and it went out late this season. They would not stand behind JJ tracks and stated they were new owners and on and on. Continued to talk trash about the previous owners and how thy did not make any money etc. Never again will we go here and will ensure everyone in our small town is aware of our treatment. My only word is unbelievable stay away and know they are no longer your small town auto shop you once knew

I wasnt aware that JJ tracks had sold. I was searching for new tires and an allignment for my wifes car. I spent 2 1/2 hours on the phone. I called all the large tire retailers and had one in mind. I drove by the shop and decided to give the local shop a try. I thought they wont come close to the price i got. The manager went above and beyond to match that quote. Treated me very well. And got my car done that day.. i will be back for other car repairs and tires. Thank you Dan

I'm a relative newcomer to Monument...and finding a reputable, straightforward, competent, and reliable auto repair and maintenance team to take care of my vehicles was super important to me. Update on my previous review:
The first time I used JJ Tracks was for a routine oil change. This time was more serious, some major wiring damage that needed immediate attention at zero notice. When JJ Tracks called with the diagnosis I was expecting a major bill - Toyota are not known for their cheap or easy-to-fix harnesses - but JJ Tracks completed the job way under cost estimate and way inside their time estimate. And again, massively courteous and informative on the phone. Unlike other repair places I never once had the impression that I was "just another cash cow". Kudos to JJ Tracks.
