My washer wipers not working and with winter here I needed to get them looked at, I found Elevation Auto/Miguel online since we are new to the Colorado Springs area. I took my SUV to him and waited while he looked at it, he came to me 10 min. later and said it was fixed. Turned out to be a minor issue, but Miguel didn't even want to charge me because it was a minor fix. Miguel is a straight up honest person. I insisted on giving him some money for his time (which I did). I know it wasn't a major repair but Miguel seems to be a person to tell you exactly what needs to be done , no more or no less

This is 100% the place to take your car for repairs big or small in Colorado Springs. A true integrity company. I have tried others in the Springs and I will never go anywhere else.
We had an old Subaru that needed major engine and transmission work. I took it to 3 places to get a true understanding of what was wrong and to make sure that I wasn't getting swindled. I settled on Elevation Auto based on a gut feeling that they would take care of me and work hard to repair our family vehicle.

I was extremely pleased with the repair job on my older model VW Passat. Miquel did the work and he was excellent in communicating with me during the period my car was there. I had both front axles replaced and a few Er's later I took it in to do additional work and Miquel stated that he needed to replace one of the axles and that it was rare to have them do that so quickly after replacement. I WAS THRILLED TO LEARN THERE WAS A LIFETIME WARRANTY ON IT SO IT WAS COMPLETED DURING THE TIME MY CAR WAS THERE FOR OTHER REPAIRS. FANTASTIC JOB MIQUEL...thank

I took my car to Elevation Auto after another shop did a poor job on my 45,000-mile tuneup. I knew something was wrong after that tune-up. When I took it back to the shop that did the original work, they came up with some bogus issue which would have cost hundreds to fix a non-existent problem. I then took my car to Elevation Auto and Matt and Miguel double-checked my prior tune-up and fixed the botched work from the previous shop. Elevation Auto is honest, accurate, highly skilled and they listen to their customer (instead of being condescending to me like at the prior shop). I'll be taking

These guys really came to my rescue. I was in town on business and my car broke down. After a quick search on my Smartphone I gave them a call. They arranged for a tow at a very reasonable price and kept me informed at every step. The repair was done quickly and at a good price, plus they even offered to come pick me up from where I was staying. I met the tech who worked on my car and Matt, the front office guy -- both very nice. I think they're good people who do good work. If I lived in the Springs, that's where I'd go.

I've been here twice after the Honda dealership raised the hairs on my neck with 'needs replacing' suggestions...one was for power steering problem (Honda wanted 450 to replace the pump at 116k mi) and second time for oil pan replacement bc previous owner stripped the bolt completely. The first time elevation said 'that sounds kind of early for a power steering pump to go- let us take a look and see if its not the O ring shrinking up on the cold'. Sure enough, $200 instead and problem solved. Power steering pump was fine. No more noise. Oil pan change was $100 more
