Excellent quality of care and overall great experience at the dentist. I was pleasantly surprised by my first visit and have returned since with no regrets. Dr. Ling not only has great chairside manner, she genuinely cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to make you comfortable while giving you the best dental care. She is really gentle - I never felt any pain while getting work done by her, and she has a kind and pleasant demeanor. I highly recommend her if you're looking for a top notch dentist.

I had an appointment earlier this week and the practice called the day off and cancelled, saying they had a power outage. I changed my schedule and agreed to do this today. I was running a bit late and called them to give a head's up. The message " we will have to charge you 80 bucks". What kind of practice does that? They have an issue - thats ok, the client is running late, they want money. Our family has used this practice for years and Dr.Lily is great. I just think they need new people on the reception. Aint going back to such a practice

It falls to me to debunk another dentist. I will say this was a good experience. The cleaner did a great job and was gentle and they were ON TIME, and the surroundings were nice and clean. I asked them not to harp on a particular issue and they did not. There was plentiful parking and I thought this was going to be a 5 star review.
However, once Dr. Ling came in there was the usual... "decay" talk. It was all exceedingly vague and I can say I left without a clue as to what was wrong with my teeth. But, I was told I would receive a treatment plan in the mail. But I have not. Then as

I tried a couple of other local dentists before finding Dr. Ling. Dr. Ling is the most professional, careful, and caring dentist. She gives her full attention to the work in hand and the work she does is superior to anything else I have experienced in this part of the Metrowest area. I would not use any other dentist and I would happily recommend her to anyone.
