Nicki has worked in a variety of PT positions prior to opening Body Mechanix in Portland. She was born and raised in Missouri, where her pursuit of ballet and tennis fostered a love of movement and fascination with the human body. She graduated with a Biology degree in 1998, and then succeeded in her dream of becoming a physical therapist.
Structural Alignment Assessment: Posture in multiple positions, pelvic and shoulder girdle position, and weight bearing position. Sports Physical Therapy: Flexibility, strength, balance, and endurance evaluation. Individualized home or gym program, from rehab, to maintenance, to performance improvement.

Nicki helped me through an extreme injury to my hamstring, which was fully torn. Nicki helped me understand my options regarding surgery versus rehab, and what to expect in terms of performance.
Body Mechanix is located in the Campbell Court Building. The building is located between NW Glisan and NW Hoyt on NW 23rd directly adjacent to McMenamin's Rams Head. Campbell Court is a locked building at 530 NW 23rd Ave. Portland OR 97210. There is a call box located up the front stairs at the main entrance.
