Services
Buying a home can be stressful and may be the largest purchase you ever make. As your home inspector, I will identify any issues and needed repairs with the home before you make that important investment. Even new homes need home inspections and Inside Out Home Inspection Services will spot any builder oversights and let you know what needed maintenance is required to keep your home in good shape.
When we found our dream home we had no idea what it was going to take to get it. When our realtor told us that we would have to get it inspected first we were at a loss with how to go about doing that. We had an awesome realtor that took care of our need and set us up an appointment with Jan. We were very thankful to have had Jan do our in home inspection prior to closing on our new home.
The home inspection provides a general "top-to-bottom" evaluation of the property, including inspection of the house structure and the major systems and components, such as the roof, electrical system, plumbing system, and air conditioning system.

On the surface, a home may appear to be in good shape, but our experience from inspecting both new and older homes throughout Central Oklahoma tells us that structural issues, roofing problems, electrical defects, plumbing issues, and many other significant problems are more prevalent than should be expected, and that minor deficiencies generally affect all properties.
Infrared inspection (thermography) can be defined as the detection and measurement of emitted thermal energy (heat). This is enabled by the use of an infrared camera which translates the invisible infrared spectrum into a visual format, or thermal image. This thermal image can then be interpreted to provide a noninvasive and nondestructive method of identifying building defects and deficiencies.

Heartily reccommend. They inspected two homes for us. I will certainly use them in the future.
