First time home buyer here. Dealing with Clayton was a pleasure . He knew exactly what I was looking for in a home . By the 3rd day he’d found the home I was looking for. Everything from the offer to closing was smooth as can be. Minus a slight issue that was not directly his fault. And when he was made aware of it he jumped in and made sure things were being accomplished the right way. Clayton displayed genuine concern which I appreciated very much.
