We use extra PPE - Personal Protection gear, 10 medical grade HEPA filters all over the office, and 3 enhanced suction vacuums, this is part of the measures and protocols to keep you and our staff safe. Most insurance benefits expire at the end of the year, don't wait till December, a lot of Patients left money on the table in 2020! Our office is a Gold Invisalign Provider in 2021 for clear aligners which are more and more popular for adults! If You Have Silver/Amalgam Fillings, you have mercury in your mouth, please ask for our current promotion price.
Using BiolaseEpicX LASER (they are a local, Orange County company), the gel-to-tooth contact time is about HALF AS LONG as with the old zoom device, less heat, also better focused. Less contact time results in almost no sensitivity during or after the procedure. This is NOT like zoom, if you probably had a bad experience of heard of someone who did.

The experience as a new patient was awesome. They communicate so well leading up to appointment to include reminders and the ability to fill out all of the form online so there's virtually no wait when you arrive for your appointment. Bianca - the Dental Hygienist - was EXCELLENT as was the consultation with Dr. Preda. Highly recommend

I hate having my teeth cleaned. I have sensitive gums and have always felt pain during cleanings. My family and I are new to this dental office. I wanted to give a big shout out to my hygienist Rana!! No pain at all. Yay. And Dr. Preda is amazing. I am so grateful to have found these wonderful people!!!

I have quite a bit of dental work to be done, and have visited their office twice now. The first was a check up and cleaning. I loved the hygienist I had (Rana), and the equipment is state of the art. The DDS explained what my issues are very clearly and thoroughly. I have now been back for a second appointment (deep cleaning, side #1), and was again very pleased with their services.

I was quoted a 3 times higher cost for getting my wisdom teeth pulled then other offices! I asked them for an itemized statement of the costs multiple times and they only gave me a paragraph with the services and the total cost. I don’t think they could have justified the costs if they itemized it so they didn’t give me one. I would highly recommended getting a second quote before agreeing to their costs here.

The girls at the front desk were extremely nice, but the rest of the experience was absolutely horrid. Went in to get my permanent bottom retainer re-glued (mind you, they told me on the phone that this would be no problem) and a cleaning. After sitting there and getting x-rays, they told me that I had about 97 different things wrong with my teeth. They told me they cannot re-glue my retainer without me getting Invisalign first to completely re-align my bottom teeth ???????? Then, they told me a ton more that was wrong and quoted me hundreds of dollars.

I just resently found this office and Dr. I can not say enough about them.
I needed a bridge and a crown on the other side. I was very worried about the price. They have Care Credit you can apply for to help.
From the Dr whom is excellent and does a fantastic job and her husband works in the office and is so helpful.
I was so impressed because not only is the Dr awesome but the staff is just as amazing. This to me is very important because you deal a lot with the front office. Go see them you won't be disappointed.

I started going to Aliso Viejo dental a couple of years ago , I have to say this is the best dentist I have ever been to for various reasons, they care, they use new technology to keep you out of pain and I am a whimp when it comes to some one working on my teeth . She the doctor is awesome and so is the staff. I used to shake and shutter when going now I dont . again best dentist I have ever been to !!!!!!

My very 1st visit was during COVID and I came in with MAJOR pain. They got me in the same day and moved quickly to find out what was going on. Dr. Preda informed me that my wisdom teeth needed to be extracted and that she was going to refer me out. I had several other issues that were going to be dealt with at a later time but her first instict was to get me pain-free as fast as possible.

Clever insurance billing techniques!!! FYI I Lodged a complaint to my insurance company regarding their poor billing practices. I was scammed in purchasing "Deep Cleaning"... they believe in upcharging customers and performing unnecessary services. My dental insurance covers 2 cleanings a yr, at no cost to me. This dental office is dishonest with there billing practices. Now they'll bill the insurance and take my hard earned money. This is clearly taking advantage of the insurance companies. Beware.

I have nothing negative to say about this office and staff. Dr. Preda is very kind and gentle in doing the work. She takes the time to get you comfortable first and she reassess you often if your are in pain. She takes the time to give you needed medication first before doing work on you.
Getting you healthy teeth and gums is their priority as well. Getting your teeth cleaned is tops here. There are very thorough. They also do the laser every time. After treatment , they give you pastes or vit E to apply on your gums to promote healing and decrease swelling.
That is how thorough they are!

I recently had a lot of dental work down ( 3 new crowns and new night-guard) and Dr. Preda and her staff (Carla and Kim) were great and super supportive thru the whole process ! They took the time to explain each procedure, impact, and what to expect in between getting the temporary crowns and final delivery! Receptionist was super helpful in explaining my coverage and out of pocket expenses as well.
I've been a patient for many years now and love this office - I highly recommend Dr. Preda! She's kind, funny, and very thorough !

I highly recommend this dental office! Dr. Preda and staff run a very modern dentistry practice with the best tools of the trade! They used SMART technology to remove my amalgam filling without subjecting me to mercury. They used a Biolase all-tissue laser to remove decay on one of my teeth for a restoration, without the need for any anesthesia! The hygienists have been friendly and also use a Biolase diode laser along the gum-line to kill improve tissue health. I've really noticed a difference in my gum health since I've been going to them.

A zillion stars: At Aliso Viejo Dental they are exceptionally good at explaining procedures and billing; They all wield a needle with next to no pain (not actually sure how this is possible); They are super friendly, personable and remind you about your appointments via text/email/phone/writing it down for you, whatever works. Dr. Preda has built an amazing team. I live 45 minutes away... it's a dental office worth driving for!

I've been coming here for over 2 years and am very happy. Everyone hates going to the dentist but they make sure your comfortable to minimize any discomfort.
They also do their best to accommodate your schedule. I had to reschedule my appointment today and luckily they had an early cancellation that I could take. Very grateful for their flexibility.
I've seen many improvements in my oral health thanks to Dr. Preda and her teams help and direction.

Excellent biological dentist!! Very knowledgeable, articulate and easy to talk to.
Dr. Preda is environmentally conscious and truly cares about the well being of her patients. I am super sensitive to metals and she took every precaution to make sure all toxic dental materials were safely removed and replaced with biologically compatible materials. SHADY SHADY SHADY. Do not go here. I really don't think the dentist knows what she's doing, except when it comes to creative billing techniques. I used 2 years of benefits and thousands out of pocket and have nothing to show for it. Every tooth she worked on and said she fixed now needs work. Even cavities she said she filled I'm finding out weren't done correctly. She tried doing a root canal on her own as well and failed. She charged me though and then told me I had to go see a specialist and be charged again. All of the work she did was for nothing. And her bedside manner

I was helped by amazing dental assistants. Very assisting. Much dental! They let me clip my phone onto the light so I can watch on my phone unobstructed. That was awesome. Because of me watching my shows I wasn't really able to interact with everyone. (Not that I could).
Dr. Preda is a sweetheart. So nice and very informative. My temporary made by Karla fit like a glove. It feels natural. And the front desk was very welcoming.
