An oral examination is a visual inspection of the mouth, head, and neck, performed to detect abnormalities. Radiographs allow for a more complete examination, helping the doctor to detect cavities, problems in existing dental restorations, gum and bone recession or other abnormal conditions within the mouth, head and neck area.

Our primary goal is to save your natural teeth whenever possible. Endodontics is the treatment of the pulp and surrounding tissues of a tooth. When root canal therapy is performed the pulp chamber of the tooth is removed and then filled with a suitable filling material. Root canals are most often necessary when decay has reached the nerve of the tooth or the tooth has become infected.

I don’t like dentists however, what’s not to like about Dr. Patel and his team. My wife has used him for years and he has done all of her work. He is now my choice. He spent a lot of time explaining in detail what I needed to know to in order to be comfortable making the right decision. Honestly, I felt like family.

I have been going to them for many years and love them. The staff is awesome and very friendly and it makes your visits very comfortable and easy. Starts from the time you enter to leaving the facility. Doctor Patel is a very kind dentist and takes his time with you to make sure everything is okay. Many years ago I needed a crown that turned in to a root canal. After Dr. Patel performed the procedure, I woke up the next day with an excruciating ear ache and informed Dr. Patel's office. When I went back his assistant, not another dentist nor a hygienist, stated " how would you have an ear ache from a little dental work?" And she chuckled. After numerous visits to work on the root canal Dr. Patel suggested I see an ENT doctor because the ear ache was not going away. I went to the ENT doctor and was informed the Eustachian tube can be affected by dental work. I went back to Dr

Had an amazing experience at this location. Doctor Hamilton Le assisted us on an emergency tooth extraction with a non staff periodontist. Been to a lot of medical professionals in my life and never experienced the amount of care we received from this office. We will be making everyone here our family Dentist for now on.
Side note, haven't been to a dentist in more years then I care to state. There's no need to be nervous or embarrassed. They make you feel like family and that you belong. I can't Thank Doctor Le and Doctor Patel enough.

I drove an hour and 20 minutes from Fontana to see Dr.Patel. My appointment was at 2 p.m. and didn't have to wait. He did a great job replacing a crown that a previous Dentist screwed up. The procedure wasn't painful compared to the last dentist. Dr.Patel is very professional and I highly recommend him. Thanks again

If a dentist appointment can be considered great, it would have to be based on the Dr. and his or her staff employed and their abilities. I must say that my experience with All the above has been top notch. Special thanks to the newest addition to the staff Gina the Dental Hygienist. Dr. Patel and his staff are great. They really make going to the dentist less painful. He calls everyone "kiddo" and he takes the time to get to know you and whats going on in your life, and actually remembers from visit to visit. I don't look forward to dental appointments, but I look forward to visiting with Dr. Patel. Oh, and he's a great dentist. No pain!

This guy is really nice & I wish I didn't have to do this but Dr. Patel is an absolute amateur...i can say this because i got some fillings done and had to come back 3 times for bite adjustments while in tremendous pain. Now i come to find out that he nicked a nerve and killed my tooth so now I'm headed for a costly & painful root canal.
He couldn't even tell me which tooth was infected so i had to go to another dentist, spend $50 cash & it took the new dentist to 30 seconds to figure it out. Like i said, i like the guy allot but as a dentist i think he needs to turn
