Free Epic Fitness Assessment and Nutrition Consultation w/ 30 Day Nutrition/Training Program. Boot Camp Sessions and Classes offered at additional fee and vary depending on Trainer/Instructor availability and demand. This multi-level fitness class integrates segments of strength, aerobics, and core conditioning. A mix of Latin and international music and dance moves that create a fun and exhilirating workout! Zumba involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music, incorporating hip hop, salsa, merengue, cumbia, and reggaeton.

Much nicer gym and equipment than I was expecting ,, the first thing I get when I walk in the gym was what felt like a memorized sales pitch for the gym ,I just hate when people try to sale me something like the warranty calls or the cell phone sales people in the malls lol , I was a bit annoyed so I just left , came back ,I just wanted to walk around and see what equipment they had ,so I asked if I had to listen to the speech they probably all have to memorize he says yes (really annoying) left again ,still considering switching to lift more instead(hardcore gym) I got the no contract membership

Coming from an all inclusive gym and spa for only $100 a year, this one sure disappoints. Makes me miss my old gym back in ocala. $40 a month and all that’s great about it is the equipment and it’s not even much option at that. No classes no nothing. The staff and the atmosphere is dreadful. I will be looking for another gym soon
Btw i did go to your staff and spoke with them and nothing was fixed ! Great response for a gym that “cares”. Also yes there are gym that still exist that are low cost and awesome quality. Best of luck to you as well.

Best gym in all of Hernando County and the surrounding area. The owners are top notch and their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Both locations are very clean and have a ton of equipment to use. I belong to a lot of gyms, but when I’m home, I’m using EPIC.

I’ve been going to both locations for about a month. So far I really love this gym. I see some negative reviews about “people that look like they might judge you” and that is the furthest thing from the truth. Everyone sticks to their own workout but if help is needed no one is opposed to helping. There have been plenty of times I’ve asked a question and no one has ever made me feel dumb or bad about myself. Tons of equipment which is clean. Open all night. I love it and can’t wait to start my power lifting journey in this gym

I had to move to Ohio due to job loss from covid. I forgot to cancel my membership with them before I left, I only went maybe 5 times or so. I get a call from a lawyer today saying they are suing me for $300 due to signing a binding contract. I would not suggest this gym at all and recommend anyone to go to planet fitness instead. They are obviously in serious financial trouble to be chasing people across the country for gym use that never took place.

Best gym hands down in Northern Pasco and all of Hernando counties!!! Love the atmosphere and the people here!! Family owned and operated and instantly makes you feel like you are part of a family. I love all the people that work here and workout here. Everyone has their own goals and results they are looking for and the staff is very knowledgeable and will you to help you get where you want to be!! Facility is clean and equipment is very nice. Owners are always adding new and cool equipment to enhance your experience!!! Thank you TEAM EPIC for working so hard for us and the community!!!
