Called and had appointment for 9 to 11. They never showed up.
I called them at 11:05 and they said they would check with plumber and call me back. Then called several times after 11:30 and got answer machine every time thru a phone service. They would never answer phone. I borrowed my wife's phone and called and they immediately picked up. Asked if they could check with plumber and call me back.
