This is a good company and they do have nice people and nice service, but it is very pricy. $275 per hour for a technician to come out and do work to your house. That charge does not include parts they use, it’s per hour they are at your house. The work they do and parts they use is added on to that $275 you are originally charged on top of being charged that per hour they are at your house. But like I said they are nice but just very very pricy.

The whole process from start to finish was a smooth transaction. We were able to go on their website after hours and upload pictures of the problem and schedule a call back. They immediately called us back to not only schedule an appointment, but also provided a rough estimate!!! The tech can out and not only did he fix the issue, but did an overall check to be sure no other problems existed. He was courteous, clear in communication and overall provided great customer service. The best part is the actual cost came in under the original estimate. So if you ever need plumbing service I highly recommend

I wish I could give a 0 star. I called and scheduled an appointment, they never called or showed up. I called back the following week and the recep said she "lost" my appointment. Did not care to apologize or give me a discount for leaving my company without plumbing for over 4 days. I will be having to call someone else. I usually try to go to local places rather than larger companies to help them stay in business but this one doesn't deserve to be in business for their lack of customer service and reliability.

Bart and Shane completed a repair to a leaking copper loop under the house slab yesterday. They isolated the damaged tube/loop and determined its origin and destination. It was a hot water loop from the guest bath to the master bath. They cut the loop at either end, capped the end, and performed pressure tests on the remaining system. No pressure drops indicate no additional leaks. They then ran a new PEX line directly from the hot water heater to the master bath. They tied it into the manifold for the master bath and rechecked the system for leaks and or pressure drops. Job done!
