I am Casey, and Hello Love Photography is my business and my passion. I was born and raised in Chicago and recently moved home to the windy city after seven years in New England. I love to create, in every sense of the word. Whether it's a sewing project, a knitted sweater, a new recipe, or a photograph, I'm happiest when I'm making something new and putting my creativity to use.
I live in the city with my husband Troy and my two young daughters, and I shoot weddings and events throughout the midwest, New England, and beyond. I continue to book weddings in the New England are with no additional travel fee. I've been honored to have my photography featured in several publications and websites, including Style Me Pretty, 100 Layer Cake, Once Wed, The Knot, Grey Likes Weddings, and more.

Casey of Hello Love is everything her website professes to be. She is a down-to-earth & creative, and it is beyond clear photography is her passion! I knew from the second I looked through her blog that I wouldn't want anyone else photographing our day. She captures this surreal and calming aspect of that day, while still managing also to bottle up the excitement and energy. Casey is amazing. She shot both our engagement and our wedding, and both times her warm and easygoing nature put two photo-phobes totally at ease. Her images truly captured the natural feel of our wedding day beautifully, and you could barely tell she was there -- totally unobtrusive. I would highly, highly recommend booking her as soon as possible for your big day!

Casey is immensely talented and a complete joy to work with.
When my husband and I looked for a wedding photographer, we felt like a lot of the photographers we interviewed involved some sort of compromise--they took great candids but their details shots were so-so, or they were great at detail shots but took cheesy posed photos, etc. Casey is fantastic at everything, so you don't have to compromise.
She is particularly exceptional at couples portraits. She is has a very romantic, natural style. We ended up with dozens of beautiful, frame-able portraits of us that look totally unique

My daughter and son-in-law selected Casey as both their engagement and wedding photographer (Nov. 3, 2012), with beautiful results. Casey captured their relationship and personalities, used creative settings, and also captured the feel of their wedding ad reception perfectly. Casey was unobtrusive and sensitive, but always present for the perfect shot. The photos are fabulous - real treasures for the couple, the bridal party AND the guests.

Casey (and her husand Troy) photographed our wedding this past July (2011) and they were amazing! From the moment I reached out to Casey she was professional and warm. Casey answered all of our questions and took the time to ask us questions to really get to know the type of wedding we were having and just what we were looking for. We felt completely comfortable with her right from the start! We didn't want to spend too much time on posed shots and instead wanted lots of great candids.
