Board & Lewis Construction Inc. (B&L) was established in 2001 as a partnership between Rufus Lewis and Benny Board. The two started out building pole barns and decks before quickly evolving into a full residential company building high-end custom homes. In 2012, Rufus Lewis became the sole owner and operator of B&L Construction.
In 2013, Bryan Lewis and Brian Newton partnered with Rufus to start the commercial division. Since then, B&L Construction Inc. has become a top-performing General Contractor in the commercial industry while specializing in restaurants that require fast-paced schedules for completion. We are currently licensed to perform work in the states of Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and the District of Columbia.
