With little or no fanfare, St. Mark's has quietly created the template for how learning can be supported and young minds can be opened to the wonder of life-long learning. We need to look no farther than Albuquerque's hidden gem, St. Mark's in the Valley Day School, to discover our model for successful early childhood learning.
It deserves to be supported, replicated and celebrated. If you're searching for a nurturing, safe, and educational daycare/day school for your child, St. Marks In The Valley is for your family. My child went through 4 schools before I found St. Marks, which was highly recommended by his behavior therapist.

Services
St. Mark's in the Valley Day School provides affordable, quality early childhood education supporting social, emotional, cognitive and physical development for children ages two through five. Our mission of inclusion embraces ethnic and socio-economic diversity, as well as behavioral and developmental challenges.
Nutritious meals prepared fresh daily in our kitchen: Breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack. St. Mark's participates in the Children and Adult Food Program, (CACFP). St. Mark's provides parent teacher conferences two times a year; one in the fall and one in the spring. At the conferences teachers share with families each child's "Focus Portfolio."
It is our vision to be not only a distinctly quality school, but a community center for early childhood education with an emphasis on helping Albuquerque's early-aged children reach developmental milestones through immersive lesson and cultural exposure; and a base for Albuquerque's families of prekindergarten aged children to enrich themselves through education, family development and passionate, affectionate and invested professional support.
We are one of Albuquerque's only preschools to feature the leading classroom integration technology for early childhood education. Our in-classroom technology allows for our families to be a part of their student's day to day experience in a way that uniquely enhances the journey of learning for our little ones and the people who love them.
We are committed to ensuring quality in all that we provide to our students and families. Few facets of our daily routines are as impactful and important as the food we eat with the nutrients that help us learn, grow and function in dynamic and powerful ways! We work with federal food programs to help us provide healthy, wholesome and yummy meals to our kiddos.

Amazing experience. I went here when I was little and the staff were nice :D My absolute favorite was Ms.Michel. I don't know if she's still there or not but she was an amazing person. I was always a very quiet kid growing up and didn't have any friends, so I would sit next to Ms.Michel and talk to her. I really enjoyed it and I will never forget the great experiences I had. The teachers are very engaged with the students.

I absolutely love St.Marks from the staff to all the children and the environment they placed the school to the curriculum that is taught and their family nights. I was ready to give up on taking my youngest one to day care i was scared to send her anywhere. All i wanted was a safe and fun learning setting for her. I found that here at st.marks they are like family and you meet some of the best parents its such a great opportunity to be here at st.marks. I reccomend you atleast come visit us and see what we have to offer and learn about us its such an awsome place to have your child grow up at

Honestly, the BEST preschool in ABQ.
All the staff is so passionate at what they do over here.
From the fresh healthy cooked meals to the age appropriate curriculum, the children are not just well taken care of but they’re learning and having fun.
I know my toddler will definitely be coming here when it is time.
5 stars isn’t enough.

St. Marks In The Valley Day School is a great school! The only place I trust my children to go. I myself went to St. Marks when I was just a little girl, and loved it so much I brought my own children to this school. My oldest daughter went there from age 2 to 5 years old. My youngest daughter goes there now and is about to graduate here in May, she has been at this school since she was 2 years old and absolutely loves it. We are going to miss it so much! I actually had to try other daycares for my youngest before she turned 2. We tried several different daycares and didn’t like any of them,

My two sons, ages five and two, attend St. Mark's. Nestled in the midst of an unassuming, quiet neighborhood, the campus offers convenient freeway access coupled with the serene, natural charms of valley life. The education my boys receive is further enriched by the field trips upon which the school's classes frequently embark.
A parent's first priority is the safety of his child. Many schools do this well and St. Mark's certainly meets the mark in this simple criteria.
What sets St. Mark's In the Valley apart is the attention this school and its teachers give to personal development- especially

St. Mark's in the Valley Day School is a wonderful environment for your toddler/preschool age child. My daughter was there all three years and loved it! The pueblo style architecture nestled in the north valley was very welcoming, home like and safe. I chose this school because of it's mission of inclusion and diversity.....my daughter came to know tolerance by meeting children from different backgrounds and abilities. I especially liked the weekly field trips. It was wonderful in opening up the world to my daughter and fostering her sense of wonder and curiosity. I also liked the practical side

I wish we had a better experience there. It grieves me that we had constant personality conflicts with the director. They treat us poorly but I know that are good to my kid, at least from what I see. The teachers are mostly nice and the guy who does the maintance around the property is super! I like the location because it's so private. It made me feel safe.
