Services
Dr. Sarah Dengler is a proud Penn State alumnus, where she graduated with a BS in Animal Sciences. She then moved to Indiana where she received her veterinary degree from Purdue University. While at Purdue, she also pursued her interest in business by participating in a certified Veterinary Practice Management Program.
Regular wellness exams are essential to your pet's preventative care routine, ongoing wellness, and longevity. At White Haven Veterinary Hospital, our veterinarians strive to provide our patients with regular care and pet parents with all the information they need to give their furry friends the best in life.
Pet vaccines are one of the best ways to safeguard your pet's health. Vaccines are designed to protect your pets and family from a variety of dangerous and highly contagious diseases - some of which are zoonotic, meaning they can be transmitted between animals and humans. At White Haven Veterinary Hospital, pet vaccines are an essential component of our preventative care services.
Our furry friends provide us with love and companionship throughout their lives, and, as they age, the care we provide for them needs to be adjusted. When a cat or dog gets older, their aging doesn't mean they need to slow down; with the right veterinary care, nutritional adjustments, and lifestyle changes, they can continue romping, playing, snuggling, and cuddling.
No matter the type of procedure at-hand, it can be stressful when your pet needs surgery. At White Haven Veterinary Hospital, our veterinarians work with the utmost care and attention using state-of-the-art surgical tools and equipment to put your mind at ease.

We always recommend the least-invasive treatment option that will still be effective, and we'll answer all your questions to ensure you completely understand the recommended procedure and your pet's full range of treatment options.Prior to your pet's surgery, we'll perform a physical examination and run a blood panel to ensure your pet's healthy enough to undergo general anesthesia for the procedure.

I recently had my beloved Blue Point Himalayan cat become very ill ( he was 15 ) Unfortunately I knew and the vet confirmed he just was too sick. I have to say I have never been to a vet that was so caring and took the time out of their busy Saturday morning to help me. I was allowed to hold Monkeyface ( my cat ) while he peacefully passed and I couldn't be more satisfied with the care and professionalism that the girls gave me. Thank you, truly, for what you did for me and Monkeyface.

During one of the hardest decisions to make about your pet, Dr. Dengler and Lizzy were so compassionate and caring. Words can not describe how that made me feel. Thank you both so much. I loved my Staley. She could not have received any better care.

The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Both Dr. Sobieray and Dr. Dengler are warm and caring. When our son Coconut was very very sick in April they treated him as if he was one of their own and they helped him cross over to the rainbow bridge peacefully. Our fur babies all love it here!

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Reliability, Responsiveness
White Haven Veterinary Hospital has taken care of our pets for over 16 years. All staff are compassionate and kind - to animal and owner - and extremely professional. They will help in any way they can. This is the best care an animal can get.

We are new to this vet. We have lived in the area for 20+ years. Dr. Dengler was the nicest and most attentive vet I have been to yet. She was very thorough and beyond patient with my huge hyper husky! She showed compassion and so did the nurse working along side her. The women up front were helpful and sweet. Especially being I came in with a huge dog who was very nervous ! The whole building is clean and well taken care of. I was nervous after reading reviews about being too pricey but she printed out every fee and went over it with me before beginning any process and letting me “okay” it

We are from Albrightsville and we take our four small terriers here for check ups and any illness. Our one terrier split his paw pad open and had to get stitches. They were so great & gave him the cutest cast! It's decorated for Christmas! Thanks guys!
