Harvey Kay has served as a Court Appointed Receiver, at both the county and federal levels. The Receiverships have consisted of various types of real estate located in varied levels of neighborhoods. Known for reasonable Receivership rates and the ability to manage and upgrade properties with minimal financial outlay.

Kay Consulting has done collections for most of the major apartment owners in the Cleveland area. We are the only company in the country that specializes solely in apartment collections. Therefore, we are well versed on the landlord/tenant laws, as well as collection laws in general.

We have had a great deal of success in the percentage of collections with which we are involved; some management companies have informed us that we collect more for them during some months than general collection companies used to collect during an entire year's period.I attribute this success to my personal involvement with the debtors, as well as the fact that our collections are limited only to the multi-family industry.
