We are a full-service property management company, our goal is to maximize our clients profitability while decreasing their headaches. Since 1993, I have been in the Philadelphia area real estate industry. For years I searched for a property manager who treated their clients' properties like an owner would treat them, but I couldn't find one.
In 2012, Real Estate Management Advisors, LLC - REMA was created for that purpose. Our clients can have access to our web-based property management software and see exactly what is happening in real time. With every decision we make, we ask ourselves what we would want done if we owned the property.

For years, here's how selling real estate worked. Someone wanted to sell a piece of real estate agent they went to a real estate agent to sign a listing agreement. The agreement typically said that the listing agent would receive a commission of 3% of the sales price for taking pictures of the property and enter that information in the MLS or Multiple Listing Service.
Along with property management, REMA also specializes in both receivership & court ordered real estate auctions. This takes a particular expertise in working with property owners, creditors and the court to act as a receiver on real estate. Receivers are effectively court appointed property managers.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
My husband put in a request for our stove, they said they will be here today the day before Thanksgiving, only for the contactor to call and say he waiting on transportation and the landlord because the part is going to be expensive. We have not heard nothing how are we supposed to cook our Thanksgiving dinner? Very unacceptable.

I’ve been renting from them for the past year but recently they have had a lack of communication, and they do not keep up with the property that I live in or manage the maintenance requests . More recently I had a leak and put in a maintenance request in may 2021 and just now got “fixed” in October 2021 furthermore they told their maintenance to leave my wall of my bedroom like this even though it had severe water damage after months of leaking . It is an unsafe living space for me to be in and none of the needs that make it adequate living are being met. My building has a sewage problem

Kindness on purpose, that is the best way to describe my experience to date with Real Estate Management Advisors, LLC aka REMA LLC. As the property management company, to the building in which I reside, all my encounters with the REMA LLC staff, whether in person or via email, have been pleasant to date. Property owners hire property managers for a reason and that is to handle all the headaches. Each issue that I have encountered as a tenant, have been handled as well as to be expected. The level of communication that I have encountered with REMA LLC has been superb. My maintenance requests have

Very large, clean space for a great price! Both the real estate manager, Ari, and the property manager Andrea have been incredibly helpful and accommodating. Timely responses to renters application, maintenance requests, and adequate forewarning given whenever a visit was necessary. Online portal makes it very easy to pay rent and submit maintenance requests also. Will continue to rent from them while living in the Philadelphia area!

I lived in a row home managed by Ari Miller for two years. He appeared to be friendly at first and did not bother my room mates and I. However, we went weeks and sometimes over a month without a washer or dryer, and took thousands of dollars in security deposits from college students seemingly out of spite. He cited moving furniture from the basement from a former tenant from a previous lease as one reason to keep several hundred dollars, to replace blinds that we (the tenants) provided, to fix drawers and cabinets that had been broken and documented as such since the day we moved in, etc. He also

My very brief interaction with this company was not a good one. I was interested in a property they had as a listing in Manayunk. There was a lot of work that needed to be done, so I waited to see if they were actively working on it, since water was coming in from the outside onto the floor of the space, and black mold was growing on the wall. Contacted Rodney the agent, he’s not responsive and told me since I didn’t submit an application they weren’t doing work on the property, I’m sorry, any time there’s a water damage issue the landlords should not wait for a tenant to get an application
