Our experience with Keith was great with same day service, parts onhand, and no surprises. Keith charges a standard hourly rate, so there was no upfront charge just to have him walk in the door. The Furnace Doctor (Keith) was knowledgeable and professional. We called him on a Thursday afternoon and had a new AC unit installed by Sunday! He also installed a nest thermostat for us free of charge and was very friendly. I would highly recommend the Furnace Dr.
