There aren't enough complimentary words to describe my experience with Art and Finger Lakes Mechanical Services!! My furnace wouldn't work on one of the coldest days of the year. I called FLMS and within an hour Art was working on the problem. He quickly determined that the cause of my lack of heat was my thermostat. He installed a new one in minimal time, walked me thru the set up process and even gave me a tutorial on how to run my new digital thermostat. Art is extremely professional, very personable and amazingly knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Art and Finger Lakes Mechanical Services

We were having boiler problems (i.e. NO HEAT in January brrrrr) on a Sunday no less and Art showed up not long after we contacted him. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and very willing to explain the system to us. He had the boiler up and running in under an hour. This guy knows his stuff and has a very infectious personality. The prices are totally affordable and the work is impeccable. Call this guy - you wont be disappointed. He's our new BFF!!!!
