All of the above for the office staff to all the people doing the inspections. We actual backed off of that home, the pictures are worth a million words. This house was only 6 months old and the crawl space had a lot of problems. I believe you saved us from a situation that would continue to repeat in coming do to being a “water shed lot”. Outstanding service. I had an issue with a roofing job and I needed good quality, unbiased information as to the extent of the problems. Advantage sent out someone who was careful, experienced, and thorough. They crawled into impossibly small spaces, used a drone to go over every square inch of the roof, and took ample photographs with some as detailed as to capture individual bent and broken screws and poorly applied caulk. The report came back a few days later with clear information, close up images of the problem areas, recommendations, and suggestions. They found stuff I never would have known

My experience was positive throughout:
• Scheduling the inspections was easy. I was able to get them (there were 3 inspectors involved) all on the same day, at about the same time so I could be present for them and minimize the travel required of me. The scheduling person was helpful about which inspections I'd want.
• All of the inspectors showed up on time (or even a little early).
• The inspection report was clearly written, with helpful attached pictures. Remedial steps were explained.
• They answered all of my questions during the inspection process. I asked quite a few questions

I wasn’t able to attend the inspection, but was given a break down over the phone. Our inspector caught all of the issues I had seen on my initial viewing and then some, he was able to highlight some potential issues with the HVAC and plumbing systems which led us to get specialized inspections done on those areas. All in all I feel like the information we got was well worth the fee

Great experience with Advantage Inspection. We had a termite and septic inspection done on a house recently. Quick and easy scheduling and fast turn-around with the reports. We met the septic inspector onsite and he spent 45 minutes going over the ins and outs of the set-up. Extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. We appreciate this company and absolutely recommend them for any and all inspections needed.

Advantage Inspection was great from the beginning and on through the process. I had originally scheduled a different inspection company and changed because I could never get a straight answer from them. Advantage answered my questions clearly about price and details of the inspection before, on the day of the inspection and afterwards. Steve Ford was the inspector. He was knowledgeable, professional and polite.
