Our licensed inspectors conduct objective examinations of structures and grounds. Our written reports deliver a comprehensive overview of assets and associated recommendations. Many customers request an Opinion Of Probable Costs for projected repairs. Inspectors are licensed as commercial small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (drones) by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
Our FAA licensed drone pilots deploy small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (sUAS) to conduct property and grounds inspections, elevated structure inspections, record activities and project progress views of work. Digital images and videos provide a detailed unobstructed view from various unobstructed angles and elevations.

Luis completed the inspection for our soon to be home. His knowledge came through as he clearly addressed all our questions, immediately after completing the inspection and after we received the report. The detailed and illustrative report, which we received via email and mail, really exceeded our expectations. Specifically, we appreciated the aerial report which allowed for a detailed evaluation of the roof and general property.
