In 2010, I opened Just Peachy Photography because I wanted to preserve memories for my boys. My first experience with portrait photography was not a positive one and I promised myself that I'd learn the art of photography to make sure that no one had to go through the negative experience I had with a local chain studio.
At the time, there were only a few studios open and custom photography was not popular. I wanted to make sure that people's first experience with portrait photography was an amazing experience--one that they will remember fondly forever and want to do again and again. I want to create art that they will cherish for years to come.

Services
Maternity sessions can be for parents and siblings too! They are a great way to show the growing relationship between you and your baby on the way. The session will take place at an outdoors location or in our private studio in downtown Palatine. The whole family can get involved if this isn't your first baby.
Newborn sessions are for the newborns, parents and siblings and take place in my private studio in Palatine. It is a great idea to book your session as soon as possible to ensure space on our schedule and give us plenty of time to plan. We only book a selected number of newborns a month to make sure clients have the best experience possible.
Milestone sessions are sessions that capture the sweet growing stages of your baby. You can choose which milestones you want to document during baby's first year. Some recommended milestones are when baby can smile on command and lift up on their belly or grab their feet (around 4-5 months old), when baby can sit unassisted (around 6-7 months old) and when baby is taking their first steps or walking (around 10-12 months old).
Children and family sessions include up to 5 people or pets and generally take place outdoors. If you would like to add additional family members, there is a $15 fee for each person or pet. If you have a smaller family, you can inquire about a family session in our private studio. Usually this includes no more than 5 or 6 people.
Just Peachy Photography offers small event photography services for events located within 20 miles of Palatine, IL. If your event location is slightly beyond this distance, usually we will let you book with a small traveling fee. Please contact us for availability.
These events include but aren't limited to first birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers, birthday parties, anniversary parties, gender release parties, graduation parties, baptisms and other religious events.Our goal is to capture all of the important details, guests and activities at your special event so you can enjoy your party and spend time with your guests!

I love the photos of my clinic! Erika is great at what she does not to mention she’s very personable! It’s the first time I’ve had professional pictures taken of my clinic and it turned out great!
