We were told we were booking a full-size condo Thousand Hills Resort with one king bed and a full kitchen. When we got here there is a full king bed and a spa tub in the bedroom which jet filter was full of people's hair. There was only one coffee cup and the towels smelled horrible. They stuck Us in this place called Tuscany which is disgusting and they should be selling it as a king sweet motel room not as a full condo because it's not. I'm not sure if they understand that there is a disease called covid going around because all the silverware was dirty. There is no stove and no kitchen table

1000 hills? More like 1000 bugs! On the first night we found a bed bug laying on our bed then asked for a new room we were given a new room and my wife and myself wake up the next morning covered in bites from the new room! Also key cards would quit working randomly leaving us with out a way to get in to our room! Very very very disappointed in our stay here and would not recommend to my worst enemy!

Review for the golf course only. I received a small discount on the round which was nice because i was staying at Grand Crowne. The course is layed out nicely with some getable par 4's and a couple par 5's. Tee time 3:03 pm and unfortunately I played right before the course workers watered. they offer money for hio on all par 3 holes so I get it.
Greens were really nice rolling 10 or 11 ...except they were VERY soft/wet. With my approach shots being high flighted my divots were very deep. Nearly plugged. For the Branson area and price you can't touch this gem. Hole 9 is the gem of the course.

The AC never worked properly while we were there. They sent someone to fix it, and he was able to mildly improve its performance, but we were overly warm all the time we were in the condo (for a 2-night stay). Sleeping was particularly difficult the second night, especially in the upstairs room. Indoor temps never got below 79 during the day (83 in upstairs room). We were told we would receive a 50% refund for the second night for the inconvenience, but we have not yet received a refund receipt.

As soon as our toddler hit the floor running (in our room) his feet were black. There was silverware in the kitchenette but only one plate. When the toilet paper ran out (we were provided 1) the front desk said we could "come and get some at the clubhouse." The pullout couch had no linens. Again the front desk said we could "come and get some" because they had "no one to bring any to our room." The clubhouse (reception area) is a separate building from the guest buildings. THE BEST PART: The competition we were in town for extended one more day, requiring that we book an additional night. We were
