A: Unfortunately No, once the application process has been approved we can hold property for 15 days with security deposit paid in advance. Some exception may apply depending on owner. A: Upon application approval and prior to move in Security Deposit and First Month's rent due. Last month's rent may be due depending on owner and application results.
