Proceed with caution. I bought a house from George a couple years back. The process was fairly easy and pleasant. On a personal level, he was a nice guy. However, the house was renovated, and I've had to fix multiple things in the house as a result of the wrong construction materials being used, or what appears to have been cutting corners on the amount of materials used, to save on cost.
#new shower, no pan liner, wrong drain, now I need a new garage ceiling downstairs from the leak..(Just one example of many).
