5 stars all the way for Emily!
I paid for the curly hair cut (my hair was permed last year) and I didn't know what to do with it. It was looking awful and I was feeling awful. I also just am not a fan of the awkwardness that happens sometimes with salon services... do i talk? Do we not talk?
I also was intimidated by all the other customers on yelp lol I was like everyone is so trendy! I'm literally a Covid mom with a 2 year old, coming in at 7 pm in my hoodie even so I felt like I belonged there!
I probably looked up salons 3 times over the course of 6 months. Comparing yelp reviews

I've been coming to this salon for a few years already & I am obsessed with how Julie transforms my hair every time! She's gifted! First of all they are thieves money hungry people who just wants to take your money and do not care about customer satisfaction... they want deposit and if you are two minutes late they will cut your deposit and will not give you service... ANh-thy is the biggest thief who try to rob you for money ... I will not recommend any one go there ...

I am so surprised to have this salon so close me. The experience overall was professional. I usually don't write reviews but because of the welcoming atmosphere and perfect outcome of my hair, I just HADD to. Thanks to Emily French I am very confident in my hair. She gave me advice on maintaining my hair texture with certain products or techniques, and was happy to answer any of my questions. The conversations were also very delightful :) I will most certainly be making an appointment in the future!

Prior to today i have never had my hair professionally done but this year i decided to try something new and chose this place because of the great reviews and photos on yelp. 100% rehab parlour! i had my hair done by Naydene and she was amazing! she was easy to talk to and explained everything she was doing to my hair and why she was doing it. i came into the salon with an open mind and nothing set in stone for what i wanted to do and Naydene helped me achieve exactly what i hoped for! I will definitely be coming back if i ever need a retouch or to try something new with my hair

About a month ago, I scheduled an appointment online, confirmed over the phone, and sent in my deposit to solidify my time. As time neared my appointment date, Emily texted me to introduce herself and get a feel for the color and style that I wanted. The morning of, she texted me just to check in. I had sent her a couple of photos and we agreed on a color and style. She told me exactly what she thought, and I agreed to all her suggestions.

Bad customer service and reception. I went through the lengthy process of finding an appointment, after the stylist requested a photo of my hair and a photo of the balayage that inspired the appointment. The appointment did not fall through and the hair stylist essentially ghosted me when attempting to reschedule another appointment.
Do better next time with the communication and actually get back with customers. Encourage stylists not to waste potential a customers time.

I have been to Rehab twice for haircut, my stylists were Rebecca the first time and Naydene the second time. They both did a good job and my haircuts fit the brief exactly. I have curly hair so it is not the easiest to style but I think they gave really good shape and structure to my hair, and I could let it down as it is and also straighten it, both looked very pretty

I had Naydene. She was very sweet. I wanted a hair cut and a salon blowout style. I loved the way she listened to what I wanted in the hair cut, but I felt like the blowout could have been more voluminous. I typically have thin hair, but I'm definitely able to get volume when I use the right products and method. Not sure why my hair came out so flat in the end.
Not sure I'll come back yet. If I do come back in the future I'll do an update review!
FYI - I had a three inch trim, long middle part side bang, and a "salon blow out" that literally just looked like I straightened my hair at home. Costs

First, it was super easy to book an appointment. They are always booked but I had to wait for at least 4 days which wasn't so bad. They require a deposit, which can be used for your service. They basically deduct it from your total.
They send you a confirmation notice the day prior to appointment date. I believe the deposit is refundable but there's a policy for it just not completely sure.
Getting to the place was pretty easy, and there is a parking lot behind the salon.

I haven't been able to get a haircut in like 4 years because of one thing or another but coming here made the wait worth it! AnhThy was my stylist and she did amazing work! My hair was so long and out of control and now it looks awesome! I couldn't be happier. 😁😁😁 I will definitely be going back there in the future! Thank you Rehab Parlor!❤💗

Rebecca made me look and feel like a new person after my first hair cut and color in almost two years. I felt very safe in Rehab parlor. They had dividers between the hair washing stations, and the stylists' stations are spaced so that you are never close to another customer. They also had refreshments and small snacks available.

I had the pleasure of sitting in Naydene's chair yesterday for a FULL babylight and cut. I showed her a few pictures of what i liked and she went straight to work, she was confident, and didn't ask me 1000 questions, that i don't really know how to answer, because I'm not a hair stylist (i mention this because its happened a lot in the past). From the minute we spoke on IG she was super professional, answered all my questions and was able to accommodate me getting in super quick, like the same day the covid restrictions allowed salons to open back up. I had such a great experience chopping off my long hair that had been growing all throughout quarantine. My stylist was Rebecca and lemme just say she knew the vision I was seeing for myself!.. I now have this beautiful mid-length just beneath the shoulders cut with curtain bangs and honestly this was the first time I walked out of a hair cut place completely satisfied with the end result.
Def. reccommend, the stylists are trained for quality haircuts vs quantity. They also offer refreshments which is super nice .

I was referred to this place by my sister In law, and I must say it was an awesome experience. My hairstylist was Sarah, she was very friendly and very fast and helpful on a lot giving advice on my hair. I had very pleasant visit the place was very clean and she was amazing she transformed my hair from looking like a storm hit my hair to a very soft shiny look. I will definitely be back.

They are pretty good , have nice services. I went on weekend that too without appointment and still she took me in as I had some important event before that It was important to get done with my hair. They are pretty good in styling and blow dry. I have long hair and that cost me $65 for hair cut including shampoo and styling.

Highly recommend! Was able to call for a same day appointment, all I wanted was a trim. Had the pleasure of seeing Destiny, she was fun to chat with, she was eager to hear what I was going for and executed it, loved my hair after! I was extremely happy with the service from everyone. A cute salon, snacks & beverages available AND friendly staff, not sure what else you can ask for.

Emily did a great job with my hair! I’ve bleached my hair several times and due to my hair health, I really needed a treatment done. She right off the bat recommended a Brazilian blowout. She said it wouldn’t necessarily straighten my hair but smooth out a lot of the frizz I had accumulated through the years. This was definitley a long process and she did a great job at keeping me interacted. My hair has never looked and felt so alive! It’s finally smooth and shiny like how my hair was prior to bleaching.
