Jay and his entire team were exceptional to work with. We bought our home with him and then used him and his team (Natalie, Brian, etc) again 2.5 years later to sell our property. He got us our house for under ask and sold our house (IN 19 DAYS FROM LIST TO CLOSE - cash offer) for over ask. He is always available and has an enthusiastic and helpful staff. Extremely savvy on the business side and made my whole family of 4 feel great during the stressful time of buying and selling a house on the personal side. I'll never use anyone else besides Jay Fletch as long as I'm buying and selling homes.
