David R. Kennedy was born in Cleveland, Ohio in 1956, the fourth of nine children. He grew up in Bay Village, Ohio and graduated from Bay High School in 1974. Dave attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Management and Economics) in 1978.
Christy Collins graduated fourth in her class from University of Akron School of Law in 2012. She served as an Editor of the Akron Law Review from 2010 to 2012. Christy was selected by the faculty to receive the Outstanding Student Award for Community Service and Academic Excellence in 2012. She also received the Cali Award for being the top student in Real Property Law class in 2009.
Benjamin Comston graduated in the top half of his class from the University of Akron School of Law in 2017. He served as a Constitutional Law Fellow in 2015, volunteered at the University's Re-Entry Clinic, and at the Immigrant Worker Project in Canton, OH.
While interning for Professor JoAnn Sahl, Benjamin helped re-produce the successful Certification for Qualification for Employment (CQE) Clinic at the University of Akron School of Law at locations across Ohio including Cleveland, Columbus, Youngstown, and Toledo.Benjamin has a diverse corporate background with previous experience in logistics, purchasing, finance, operations, and risk management.

Mr. Kennedy is very good at providing practical and almost simple solutions to what seemed like complicated issues. I have brought him three problems in the last couple years. He breaks the issues down, provides a solution and he explains why the solution he recommends has the best chance to solve the problem. I believe Mr. Kennedy is an honest man and I have recommended him to my friends.
