Mr. Knauf is a most unprofessional businessman. He is unresponsive to messages, always with a “client”. He does not accept phone calls. However, he will not call you back either. He has wasted over a year of my time producing exactly zero results. I was going to use this company to do our payroll and taxes for business and personal. After over a year of text messages and calls to the office that were NEVER returned I’m done with it. What he did produce was a bill for $800. I have been going to Mark's office for 10 years Karen was always a Pleasure to work with she treated pepole with respect . Sorry CAN'T say the same for Judy she is rude and disrespectful. i have a SMALL business one person i brought my taxes to the office in the frist week in JANUARY they only started asking for checks a few week ago and now in less than TWO WEEKS my taxes are ready . they also cost me 3,000 dollars in PPP because i needed 2020 taxes . now it is to late . but they want 550.00 WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN

I have a professional practice in CA, and have also received a profanity-laced email from Mr. Knauf in response to, what is clearly a spam email invoice. I do not distribute electronic invoices. AND... upon further digging, find that Mr. Knauf's website is non-existent. He is a microscopic fish in a world-wide pond and it might be useful for him to come into the 21st world of tech.
