Very disappointed for the service received for tax return. An obvious/careless error was made that was later caught by the state tax dept. Spradtax was impossible to get a hold of to resolve the issue. They never returned my emails or voicemails. The only way to get a hold of them was to call frequently (over the course of 5 months) and hope someone would answer the phone. Eventually they stopped answering my phone calls (caller ID?). Very poor tax return service and even worse customer service. Will not be a return customer.
