I've had the pleasure of working with Selena on a few weddings. I'm amazed at her vision at our initial meetings, how our ideas (mostly hers) can mesh and change a bit during the process, and then all come together in the end. She's got an unending amount of patience to answer questions and clear up tiny little details. Love, love, love working with Selena!

I'm soooo glad we decided to hire Selena Marie Weddings & Events for my daughter's outdoor wedding. We had a lot of the wedding planned, but felt like we needed someone to be there on the wedding day to organize everything so we could enjoy the wedding. Selena met with us several times prior to the wedding to work out all of the details that we missed. The family helped out, but Selena made sure everything was on track. A few days before the wedding, we realized the weather forecast called for heavy downpours and lots of wind, so we had to scrap the outdoor location and scramble

From the very start working with Selena was very refreshing and enjoyable. Santa Barbara wedding planners and coordinators I contacted made me feel that they did not have the time for me and were not willing to work with my budget. Selena was not that way at all. She was very excited to work with me and helped me figure out creative ways to make my budget work.
Leading up to the wedding she was very helpful in coordinating the vendors and resolving any issues. She went above and beyond what I hired her to do to make our wedding weekend

I got married in Santa Barbara last year and hiring Selena was the best decision we made throughout the wedding planning process. She came highly recommended by a family friend and she exceeded all of our expectations. Selena coordinated all of our vendors and day of timeline so our families and wedding party didn't have to worry about a thing.

When my husband and I were planning our small and casual wedding, we thought we could DIY the bid day ourselves. After hearing horror stories, though, we decided not to take the chance. Thankfully we found Selena. She quickly became the best decision we made throughout the whole process and could not be happier with her and her team. Selena was on top of everything and as a result the day went smoothly and everything was set up and executed better than I could have even dreamed up in my head. Selena and her team did an outstanding job making our wedding just what we had envisioned, putting us at ease and letting us enjoy our big day without worrying about every little thing. We had chosen a complicated, rustic site where we had to bring in everything (seriously, even the bathrooms) and Selena coordinated all of the vendors and made sure every little detail, from decor to timing, was seamless. So many of our guests told us afterwards that our wedding was the best they had ever been to, and it wouldn't have been possible without Selena and her team. My husband and I would recommend
